FAQ
Is my audio uploaded anywhere?
No. Everything runs in your browser using ffmpeg compiled to WebAssembly. Your file never leaves your device. The engine (about 25 MB) downloads once on first use and is then cached.
Are speed and pitch really independent?
Yes. You can speed a track up or slow it down without making it sound higher or lower, and you can shift the pitch up or down in semitones without changing how long it plays.
What are semitones?
A semitone is one piano key. +12 semitones is one octave up, −12 is one octave down. Small shifts (±1–2) are subtle; larger ones get dramatic.
