Import a cycle (.json)

Load a cycle you saved earlier with the Download → JSON option. Importing replaces the current list.

Type one step per line — the steps loop around a ring with arrows. The diagram updates as you type.

How to use

  1. Type your steps in the box — one per line. Three to eight steps work best; they are placed evenly around a ring.
  2. Add an optional centre title to name the cycle, like "PDCA" or "Customer journey". The arrows loop clockwise and close back to the first step.
  3. Pick a format — PNG to share a picture, SVG for a sharp file you can scale, PDF to print or attach, or JSON to save and re-open later — then press Download. Everything is drawn in your browser, so nothing is uploaded.

FAQ

Is my diagram sent to a server?

No. The whole diagram is built and exported in your browser, so nothing you type is uploaded. The tool works offline and keeps your work private.

How many steps can a cycle have?

Three to eight. Fewer than three doesn't really form a loop, and more than eight crowds the ring and the labels get hard to read. Extra lines beyond eight are ignored so the diagram stays clear.

What is a cycle diagram good for?

Anything that repeats: improvement loops like Plan-Do-Check-Act, a product or customer lifecycle, the water cycle, or any recurring process. The looping arrows make clear that the last step leads back into the first.
