Add a few images to begin.

This runs ffmpeg in your browser, which is heavy — keep to a handful of images and short clips. The first render downloads the video engine (~25 MB) once. A desktop is recommended.

How to use

  1. Add your photos using the box — they line up in order; drag is not needed, but you can remove any with the × and reorder with the arrows.
  2. Pick how many seconds each image shows, a transition between them, and the output size; add a music track if you like.
  3. Press Make slideshow, wait while it renders in your browser, then download your MP4.

FAQ

Are my photos and music uploaded anywhere?

No. The slideshow is built right in your browser using ffmpeg compiled to WebAssembly. Your images and audio never leave your device. The first time you make a video, the engine (about 25 MB) downloads once and is then cached.

How many images can I use?

It depends on your device’s memory. Because everything runs in the browser, a handful of images at a moderate size works best. Many large photos, long durations, or a big audio file can run out of memory and fail — a desktop handles more than a phone.

What do the transitions do?

None gives clean hard cuts between images. Crossfade dissolves one image into the next, while Fade to black and Fade to white briefly pass through that colour. The transition length controls how long each blend lasts, and it overlaps the chosen seconds-per-image.

What if my music is shorter or longer than the slideshow?

The audio is trimmed to match the video length, so a longer track simply stops at the end. If your track is shorter than the slideshow, it plays once and the rest is silent — pick a track at least as long as your images.
